It’s so much more than a Brow Bar. When you step into Ottoman 3, you’re stepping into the vision of Mini Latif, CEO and Founder.

This vision came about at the age of 7, when Mini visited Istanbul on a family trip. The Dolmabahce Palace in particular, with it’s tall arches and opulence, took her breath away. When her business plan eventually came into reality, the feeling of being in the palace stuck with her, and she wants you to feel it too.

Brows are our thing, and so is cleanliness, excellence in customer service, and affordable luxury.
