Customer Service

1. Ottoman3 Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be received & sent out on the next working day.

Orders dispatched via standard delivery can be expected within 2 - 7 working days of placing an order. However, this may increase to up to 14 working days during busy periods such as Christmas, mid season sales & New Years.

Please note there is no dispatch and delivery on Public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Deliveries within Australia & New Zealand under 500g is $6.95 and orders over 500g are $10.95.

We do not deliver outside of Australia and New Zealand.

If an item is out of stock we will aim to contact you within 7 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative items or inform you of the date that we expect the missing item(s) to be back in stock.

 

2. Replacements and Refunds

If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, contact us by email on onlinestore@ottoman3.com.au. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund less the shipping amount.

Ottoman3 store purchases must be returned at a retail location. Ottoman3 do not accept mail returns for store merchandise.

If you choose to have a replacement it is your responsibility to arrange the return of the faulty item. Returned goods must be adequately packed.

Refunds for Faulty Goods: We will refund the total cost of the order to you less delivery costs, as soon as we receive the item back. Returned faulty goods must be adequately packed.

Refunds for Perfect Goods :If you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide within 7 days of receipt, to send them back then you will be refunded the total cost of the order less delivery costs, as soon as we receive the item back. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be adequately packed.

Refunds for Gift vouchers: Gift voucher cannot be refunded once the purchase has been made.

To return an order please email us a note with your order number, contact details and how you wish to proceed and we will advise of next steps.

 

3. Confirmation of your order

Once the order has been placed, Ottoman3we will send you an email of confirmation including a contact name, the total price,
an order/reference number and instructions of how to contact Ottoman3. The order confirmation will act as a receipt.

 

4. Complaints

Complaints should be made initially by e-mail and will be acknowledged within 7 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially & Ottoman3 will keep you fully informed of progress.

6. Out of stock products

Ottoman3 occasionally may have items that are temporarily out of stock. Though Ottoman3 replenish their stock weekly, we do recommend that you add an item that you want in your wishlist and review your shopping list regularly to check that the stock is back.  Ottoman3 do not have a back order system.

 

7. Store Gift Cards

Gift vouchers/cards obtained through the retail store cannot be used to make online purchases at  Ottoman3. Gift Cards can only be used in the nominated location as stated on the card.

 

8. Online Gift Cards

We are working to get these to you online as soon as possible. Currently Giftcards can only be purchased at our retail stores. But visit us regularly as we are constantly updating our offers to you.

 

9. Ottoman3 Cards

All Ottoman3 cards including and not limiting to the Nail Loyalty Card, Brow & Brow Set Cards, Gift Cards; can only be used in the nominated Ottoman3 location as stated on the card. We are working hard to have our internal software updated to change this, however due to software limitations, we are currently unable to offer cards to multi locations. Thank you for your understanding.
